Rules and Restrictions
· FedEx Ground
Your order will normally be received within 7 – 10 business days; however there are certain times during the year, mainly in December, where there may be delays. Please review the FedEx website for further information on any delays that they may be experiencing. E.T. Browne Drug Co., Inc. is not responsible for any FedEx shipping delays.
· FedEx 2Day
Your order should be received within 3 business days (1 day to process the order + 2 days shipping).
· FedEx Standard Overnight
Your order should be received within 2 business days (1 day to process the order + 1 day shipping).
Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories
· FedEx Ground and FedEx Standard Overnight are not available. FedEx 2Day must be selected.
PO Boxes/APO/FPO
· Most items may be shipped to PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses, but some restrictions may apply. Orders being sent to PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses must be shipped via the United States Postal Service Priority (USPS) shipping method. FedEx Ground, 2Day, and Overnight shipping are not available. As these orders require special handling, please add five business (5) days onto the standard shipping time.

· When your order is received, we will send you an email confirming your order, as well as an email when your order has been shipped. You may also obtain tracking information from logging on to My Account and clicking on “Track Your Package.”
Shipping Restrictions
· Certain products cannot be shipped to particular destinations. Due to legal restrictions certain items can only be shipped within the United States. If you attempt to ship a product to a restricted destination, you will be asked to ship it to another address or remove it from your order.
· The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) restricts air shipment of hazardous materials, items that could contribute to fire or other mishap on board an aircraft. Aerosol products (those in a pressurized can, e.g.: hairspray) and products containing flammable, volatile, or corrosive chemicals have restricted status. Ground shipping is required on all such products. If your cart contains such items, you will be given the options to either continue with Ground Shipping or to remove the product(s) from your cart before checking out.
